Elizabeth GAROUSTE (born 1946) Mattia BONETTI (born 1952) TISCA (weaver) Rectangular view rug, unique piece in colored wool and raffia with central decoration of wide orange-ochre stripes on a yellow background and eggplant border. Signed with the monogram in the weft and bolducs on the reverse. 340 x 250 cm The rug is in good condition, with minor wear and tear. Provenance: commissioned by Mr. and Mrs. Rohleder for their secondary apartment on rue des Archives in Paris; private collection, France. History: unique piece made specifically for this commission.
