Rare flintlock pistol with four rotating barrels and two ham - Lot 23
Rare flintlock pistol with four rotating barrels and two hammers. Block of four round barrels with thunderbolts, and four batteries. Scroll-engraved case with button releasing the barrels on the right-hand side, signed "GALLAS LONDON". Double trigger. Dogs with safety at rear. Strong walnut stock (broken) with silver wire inlays. E.M. Circa 1780-1800 (one hammer repaired, pitting). In a later case with powder flask, bullet mold, screwdriver.
