Percussion pistol set by Caron. In varnished walnut, decorated with a brass shield monogrammed "AM". Sheathed in purple velvet, shaped with two compartments, it contains : A pair of small-caliber shooting pistols by CARON. Rifled, blued, tilting barrels stamped with "AC" and "BTE A CARON". White metal frames, engraved with scrolls, with sight notches on top, one stamped on each side "AC" and "Bte". White metal fittings engraved en suite. Carved walnut stock. And accessories (screwdriver, chimney cleaner, tamping and cleaning rods). B.E. (Slight wear)Key missing. Circa 1850.
