Carrying case for Prussian czapska. In varnished leather-covered wood, with a damaged hanger strap. Sheathed in white leather, it features a shaped slot for a czapska and its bell. With a top compartment in three slots containing a Prussian headdress racket cord in gold thread passementerie and distinctive black. Later wooden lid. 28 x 28 x Ht 37 cm. A.B.E. (Wear). Late 19th century.
